The Department of Defense has issued the following guidelines for addressing your mail to military and civilian personnel deployed in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
1 ) Use the service member’s full name. The Department of Defense cancelled the Any Service Member program so mail must be addressed to someone specific.
2 ) Include the unit and APO/FPO (Air/Army Post Office or Fleet Post Office) address with the nine-digit ZIP Code™ (if one is assigned).

The APO/FDO flat rate is very economical. Priority Mail Large Flat-Rate Box (12-1/4" x 12-1/4" x 6") to APO/FPO Destinations costs only $11.95. Use a special promocode "AmericaSupportsYou" at the check out to receive a 15% discount to all APO/FPO Destinations. Unfortunately the Yahoo! Merchant Site does not recognize all the APO/AE addresses. If that is the case, please do not get frustrated, instead enter your U.S. address, and add your APO/AE in a special message to us. We well reimburse you the difference between what was charged and the actual APO/AE Flat Rate of $11.95.
We ship via UPS and USPS from Monday to Friday by the end of the business day. If you are a Canadian customer, and would like an USPS shipment, please select Flat Rate Canada. We ship Priority Mail Regular Flat-Rate Boxes (13-5/8" x 11-7/8" x 3-3/8") up to 25 lbs to Canada for $25.95.
We do guarantee 100% satisfaction with all the products you receive from us. If, however, you are dissatisfied for any reason, please do the following:
Carefully package the item you want to return and send the package using UPS with shipping charges prepaid. We will reimburse you for the shipping costs incurred for returning defective merchandise or due to shipping errors caused by our error. C.O.D. returns will be refused.
Also, please enclose a letter telling us the reason for the return making sure that you include the name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order. Tell us if you are looking for a refund or exchange.
Any product can be returned for whatever reason, other than damaged, for a refund of the cost of the product as long as the product is returned in its original condition.
We cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit but as a measure of goodwill, we will endeavour to replace goods providing the faulty ones are returned to us. In this case, the product must be received by us within 30 days of receipt, at the address shown in your shipment receipt. Replacement merchandise will be sent via USPS Ground.
Note that there will always be a slight amount of fluctuation from batch to batch when dealing with handcrafted products. After all our products are made by people not by machines! Further, using mostly all natural ingredients itself can embody natural variation from batch to batch and/or from season to season. Since the products are handmade of natural ingredients, there is no guarantee that any two items would be exactly alike. The products may change color with time.
